STEAM

Recently Year 6 visited Westlakes Science Park to explore the STEAM trail. Adam, our guide met us at Ingwell Hall and led us around the trail. Year 6 had a fantastic time learning all about the STEAM subjects (science, technology, engineering, art and maths) and how they are part of our everyday lives. The children found out about: wind energy, electricity, solar power, photography, nuclear energy and the water cycle. They even had time to solve word puzzles and take some brass rubbings. A great time was had by all.
